It's time again for my monthly cooking day. I've planned my meals and I'm doing all 30 this month. I've got a few new ones in the mix, like Catalina Cranberry Chicken, and of course, by popular demand, Stromboli is back after taking a month off. My kids had a fit last month when I didn't make it.
So here's the twist. I'm making double the meals. My aunt contacted me and asked if I could do a cooking day for her. Specifically she wanted me to just double my meals, which will make this first time easier for me. She is paying for her food, as well as paying me a fee for my time. I'm excited to be doing this for her and don't mind cooking for others while I'm cooking for myself.
