But once you know the "rules" it's pretty simple to start coming up with meals and realizing what is Paleo and what isn't. The Paleo Mom said it best with her tagline "It's only effort until it's routine."Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01649933625982977948noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5818657173126319741.post-49074807828555563022013-10-11T23:24:14.812-04:002013-10-11T23:24:14.812-04:00Where did you get the information for these? I've done a little bit of reading on it but would like to get more into it I think.Sassy Salisburyshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12917795338597677705noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5818657173126319741.post-24554521463807715692013-09-09T12:55:25.817-04:002013-09-09T12:55:25.817-04:00Cheat Day FTW! :)

Cereal and bread will need to be eaten, mainly because I'm not throwing away money or food. But if you look at my post from today, http://itzabitz.blogspot.com/2013/09/sunday-is-cheat-day.html you will see that we do have a day in there that will "satisfy our cravings." Or maybe you won't even want them after awhile? I'll be watching you, Elizabeth... always watching. (say that like Roz on Monsters, Inc, and it's funnier)

WV: malorti => a slightly stronger word than "malarky", as in This Paleo diet is straight up malorti; get me some bread! Hefe's Chickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03939821396062383815noreply@blogger.com
